We are currently experiencing problems in the application for Green Gas & Hydrogen registrations.

The following components are unfortunately not working or not working optimally:

  • Processing exports - can currently only be processed per row.
  • Confirmation mail for new users and/or resetting login details - gives an error message and does not work.
  • Upload of measurement sets - cannot be performed by us.

Should you experience problems in other parts of the application besides the above points, please feel free to contact us.

Our IT department is working hard to fix the issues soon.
