On working days from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
VertiCer provides support for its systems during office hours, from 08:00 to 17:00. Outside these hours, VertiCer may occasionally need to take the systems offline to carry out maintenance. In addition, VertiCer may carry out scheduled maintenance during office hours if this is necessary for the provision of our services. In such cases, notice will be given.
