On July 1, 2024, Roelf Tiktak will step down from VertiCer. Roelf led Vertogas and was also behind the merger between Vertogas and CertiQ. The VertiCer team thanks Roelf for his efforts, but especially for the human and personal element he brought to forming the team.
Arjan Wesseling will temporarily take over from Roelf Tiktak, so VertiCer will again be managed by two directors.
"After a beautifully varied career in many different parts and positions in the energy industry, on July 1, 2024, after more than 40 years, I will hand over the baton with a great deal of love and full of confidence to the next generation. This generation, too, will go through turbulent times in the coming decades, but will also succeed time and again in meeting the increasing need for clean energy. These will be, as we call them these days, beautiful challenges and will remain so.
Sobriety and realism with some ability to put things into perspective will help us stay on course in this capricious completely unpredictable world.
Together with my Denise and our Zevensprong I will set sail from time to time to beautiful places in our beloved Scandinavia; wherever the wind takes us. A true green passion😉"
