Recently, a release took place in our application, modifying the procedure for processing a trader change.
Until now, you could only submit a trader change as of the 1st day of the following month.
With the release, it has been made possible to make the trader change effective immediately from now on. So the moment you notify us of the change via our application, the newly chosen trader will become the receiving party for the certificates.
This will also mean that the newly chosen trader will receive certificates on measurements that we may have received late.
We therefore advise you to take the above revised procedure into account when you communicate a trader change to us.
Why this change?
This change allows us to simplify the process, making our software more quickly adaptable.
