How do I change my choice to receive production subsidy?

You can change this in our MyVertiCer application. Log in via your usual login method.

In MyVertiCer, via the 'Productie-installatie' tab, choose the 'Mijn productie-installaties' option. There you will see all your applications with their corresponding status. Once your production installation has been approved by the measuring company and grid operator, you can indicate (via the arrow on the right-hand side of the registration line) for each installation on a monthly basis whether or not you would like to receive a production subsidy for that particular month. You do this in the current month. In the pop-up menu that follows, you will see the current status and history of their choices.

Adjusting your choice retroactively is not possible. It is therefore important that you have indicated your correct choice in MyVertiCer in time.

At 0:00 of each first day of a new month, the last choice in the subsidy claim is used to issue the previous month's guarantees of origin. This choice will remain so for successive months until you decide to switch.

How does RVO know that my installation has been registered?

After you have registered your production plant with VertiCer, the grid operator and/or metering company will assess this registration. After approval, you will receive a confirmation of registration from VertiCer. On the same day, RVO will be informed by VertiCer that your production installation has been registered.

When will I get my grant?

RVO can only start the subsidy payment after your production plant is registered. For all questions about the subsidy, please refer to RVO.

Did RVO not receive the measurements for the SDE?

This may have the following causes:

  • No (or incorrect) measurements been sent in from your grid operator. In this case, contact your grid operator. The grid operator is responsible for transmitting the measurements to VertiCer.
  • The registration of your installation has expired. Only ifor valid registrations the measurements will be forwarded to RVO. According to legislation and regulations, the registration of a production installation is valid for 5 years. For a production installation with a capacity of less than 15 KW, a registration does not expire.
If your installation no longer has a valid registration, you must re-register your production installation via MyVertiCer. To do so, select your role on our website in the menu bar (via For private customers and/or For business) and click on the yellow button ‘Register account or production installation’ to go to MyVertiCer and re-register your production system.
  • The GoO trader linked to the registration of your installation is no longer registered with us. As a result, metering values and/or GoOs cannot be fully processed, which means that the data cannot (yet) be forwarded to RVO either.
Because designating a (valid) trader is mandatory, it is important to choose another trader, from the Traders Overview, who will receive your GoOs from now on. You can submit this change digitally via our website (under Actions in MyVertiCer: ‘I want to submit a change’).
