Frequently asked questions
The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) will start your subsidy only after your installation has been registered.
Questions about your subsidy? Please contact RVO directly.
Once your installation has been approved, you will receive confirmation from VertiCer. On the same day, RVO is automatically informed.
This can have several causes:
- Check your metering data
Contact your grid operator (for electricity) or metering company (for green gas, green hydrogen, or thermal energy) if no or incorrect metering data has been provided.
- Check if you have a valid registration in MyVertiCer
Your production installation registration is valid for 5 years. Check if your registration is still valid. If it has expired, register your production installation again via MyVertiCer. This can be done retroactively to January 1 of the previous calendar year.
- Change trader
If your current trader is no longer registered in MyVertiCer, select a new trader from the Trader Overview and update this in MyVertiCer under ‘Mijnproductie-installaties’. The GOs will then be issued retroactively.
If you have checked the above points and everything is correct, please contact VertiCer.
Log in to MyVertiCer. Go to the ‘Productie-installatie’ tab and select ‘Mijnproductie-installaties’. Once your installation has the status Approved, you can indicate each month whether you want to receive a production subsidy.Click the arrow on the right side of the installation.
Please note:
- You make this choice only during the current month.
- Changes cannot be made retroactively.
- The choice active at 00:00 on the first day of the month applies to the previous month.
- Your choice remains valid for the following months until you change it.
- If you (re)register your installation, this choice cannot be changed during the review process by your grid operator or metering company.
In the pop-up menu, you can also view the current status and the history of your choices.
