Frequently asked questions
If your generating plant is already registered and the details have changed, re-register it with VertiCer. Your grid operator will then reassess your application. Choose your role in the menu bar (Private or Producer) to re-register your production installation.
For electrical production facilities:
If it turns out that data were incorrectly registered immediately after registering the production plant, please contact your grid operator. Please note that if the grid operator has already submitted measurement values for this production plant, the change can only be implemented as of the first day of the following month.
For electrical production facilities:
- If you receive a subsidy, first notify Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland of the change. They must give approval for taking your subsidy with you.
- Then change your relationship details in MyVertiCer
- Then log in your installation with VertiCer again at the new address. Indicate in the comments field on page 7:
• That you have moved and are taking the installation with you;
• The date of the move;
• Previous address. - Unsubscribe your installation from the previous address.
- After your new registration, your network operator will assess the change. If approved, we will send you confirmation of the registration at your new address.
For electricity and thermal power generation plants:
- If you take over or transfer the right to subsidy, arrange this with Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland.
- As the current owner, you need to deregister your generation plant yourself via MyVertiCer. Choose your role in the menu bar with the appropriate energy carrier. You can go to MyVertiCer via this page. You must deregister the production plant that has the status 'approved' in MyVertiCer. More information on deregistration can also be found in the producer manual under 'Downloads'. Once deregistration is complete, the new owner can re-register the production plant. For this, the new owner must first register with VertiCer. If the new owner is already registered as the owner of a production plant, the plant can be registered directly with VertiCer.
- After the new registration is processed by the grid operator or metering company, VertiCer sends out a confirmation to the new owner
